GREAT HILLS RESERVE

HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION (GHRHA)

November 17, 2003 Meeting Minutes

A meeting of the Great Hills Reserve Homeowners’ Association (“the Association”) was held on Monday, November 17, 2003 at the home of Ajit Gokhale, GHRHA President.  Ajit called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.  The following members were in attendance:  Paul Helfinstein, Pat Dreiling, Amy Bruno Whelan, Sheri Brummett and Elizabeth Lescher.

The minutes from the October 20, 2003 meeting were approved.

Pat gave an update on the balloting for the Amendments to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Great Hills Sections. To date, 12 affirmative votes have been received, and 16 are needed for passage of the amendment. Elizabeth agreed to contact four of her neighbors who have not yet returned their ballots. Once the amendments have passed, Ajit and Amy will need to sign them and have them notarized. They will then need to be recorded at the County Courthouse. Because GHRHA has an account with Compass Bank, Pat said they would notarize the documents for us.

Joni reminded the board that the annual GHRHA’s Holiday Home Tour was scheduled for December 14 at 7:00 p.m. Currently, three “host” homes are still needed. The board allocated $100 per home for finger foods and beverages to be served during the tour. Joni agreed to take RSVPs for the event.

Elizabeth reported that the next newsletter will be delivered along with the annual GHRHA directory. The newsletter is running late because it is awaiting an article on the results of the balloting for Amendments to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Great Hills Sections 23 and 24 and Amendment to the Bylaws.

The annual GHRHA directory was discussed. Several board members reported that there were errors in the preview pages they had received. Ajit agreed to collect all the changes and send them to Tom Wood. Ajit also volunteered to ask Tom for a final copy to proof before the directory is printed. Tom will be asked to print 275 directories this year.

Elisabeth suggested putting the minutes of the board meetings out on the GHRHA web page, and the board agreed.

Those in attendance were reminded that the next monthly meeting of the GHRHA is scheduled for Monday, January 19, 2004 at the home of Ajit Gokhale.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
