It’s SPRING FLING time

Come join your GHRHA neighbors for the Annual Spring Fling.  We will have Amy’s Ice Cream, margarita’s, beer and wine and family friendly drinks.  Come enjoy pizza and cookies, too!

For the kids in all of us, there will be our balloon twist artist and our favorite face painter on hand for all of your artistic creations. Children can also set up your table, booth or display for Kid’s Market Day.

We hope to see you this year at Blue Beach Cove for this annual GHRHA favorite.

ANNUAL MEEETING – May 5, at 7:00 PM at LME

Come to the Annual Meeting of the Great Hills Reserve HOA!
Our Special Guest will be Sheri Gallo, YOUR Austin City Council representative for District 10.

We will also have Elections for officers and opportunities to volunteer. Finally, if that’s not enough there will be DOOR PRIZES to several lucky homeowners who attend.

As you have seen on the Yahoo Group, there are several issues that are taking shape that will directly impact our neighborhood, including new roads through the preserve.  This is your opportunity to be heard.

Annual DUES are DUE May 31

The Spring 2015 GHRHA Newsletter Is Here

The Spring 2015 Great Hills Reserve Homeowners Association (GHRHA) Newsletter is here. Highlights of this Spring’s issue include a description of upcoming neighborhood events and an overview of the 2014 GHRHA Resident Survey results.

Upcoming neighborhood events include the Spring Clean, Spring Fling, and the Annual Meeting. Our guest presenter at this year’s Annual Meeting will be Austin City Council District 10 representative Sheri Gallo. This will be a great opportunity to meet your council representative and hear more about the new Council process and how our neighborhood is being represented. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Laurel Mountain Elementary school on May 5th at 7pm.

About the 2014 GHRHA Resident survey, 84 residents completed it and provided helpful feedback. One important insight from the survey is the concern among residents about speeding on Yaupon Drive and how to control it. We appreciate the feedback and will be working on addressing the issues and comments raised with in the survey results.

Look for your copy of the Spring 2015 GHRHA Newsletter on your doorstep. In addition, you can find the current as well previous newsletters online in the Newsletter section.
