Q. Where is the Reserve at Great Hills located?

A. The Reserve at Great Hills is located in NW Austin in the Great Hills development. Find us here.

Q. How many homes are in the Reserve?

A. There are over 200+ homes in the Reserve.

Q. What are the annual dues?

A. Annual dues are currently $50 per year.

Q. What are the annual dues for?

A. The annual dues cover our base expenses from insurance to maintenance of our common areas, to expenses for our neighborhood events.

Q. What are the deed restrictions and association bylaws?

A. The Reserve at Great Hills is currently composed of Great Hills Sections 23 and 24. The Deed Restrictions for Section 23 lists 27 limitations and restrictions on homeowners; Section 24 sets forth 34 limitations. There is a great deal of similarity between the two and their common purpose is to maintain and enhance property values and keep the Reserve a nice place to live. Q. How do I join the neighborhood email listserv?

Q. How do I get my information in the Neighborhood directory?

A. We are currently updating our automated directory listing service. In the mean time, please email one of the HOA officers to coordinate adding or updating your information.

Q. What activities and events are sponsored by the GHRHA?

A. The GHRHA sponsors various activities and events throughout the year. To find a general listing of recurring events, click here. Be sure to check the website postings for up to date information on upcoming events.

Q. How can I volunteer to help with events or to be on a committee, board or as an officer?

A. The Great Hills Reserve Homeowners Association is a volunteer run organization. All of the events, activities, newsletters, etc. can’t happen without your help. Please consider volunteering your time and special skill sets to continue to keep the Reserve as a premier place to live.
