Mark your calendars for this year’s Spring Fling party on Sunday May 19th from 5-7pm on Blue Beach Cove. We will have pizza, snow cones, snacks, adult and regular beverages as well as entertainment for the kiddos. Come on out and spend some quality time with your neighbors.

The annual membership meeting has been scheduled to coincide with Spring Fling on Sunday May 19th from 5-7pm in Blue Beach Cove (see the Spring Fling post for details regarding the party!). There will not be a special presentation, just your chance to see what’s been going on in the neighborhood, voice any questions or comments you may have, and help elect the officers. And on top of all that you will have a chance to win some great door prizes. See you there.

Sorry folks, but pretzels, cookies, sausage wraps and ooompah bands don’t do well in the rain. We are cancelling the event. Keep an eye out for our next event in January, the HOA Favorite Progressive Wine Party!
Be sure to come join your neighbors for a fun filled evening on Saturday 9/29 for Oktoberfest and National Night Out.
We’ll have a live polka band providing the entertainment while you visit and enjoy some sausage wraps, hot dogs, pretzels, cookies, and beer.
The party is from 5:30-7:30pm on Blue Beach Cove.
We’ll also have a special visit from a local law enforcement or emergency services department as we participate in the annual National Night Out event.
We’ll see you there!
The Neighborhood Garage Sale is this Saturday 9/22. If you aren’t participating, maybe you can visit a few of your neighbors’ houses and check out the treasures.
The Fall 2012 Newsletter has been emailed out and delivered to your house. Be sure to check it out for the latest information on neighborhood activities including the neighborhood garage sale and National Night Out/Oktoberfest. It also has some very important information regarding safe practices in the LME school zone. Please be careful!

Please join us for the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt at Great Hills park on Sierra Oaks Drive. The hunt is set for Saturday, April 12 at 11 a.m. (SHARP – the kids will be ready to hunt, so please arrive a few minutes early).
Bring your kids’ baskets, meet the Easter Bunny and take photos with him, enjoy some refreshments and have fun! Come have fun and enjoy the hunt! All ages welcome!
